5 Tips for New Members
We know that it can be intimidating to walk into a room full of strangers.  Follow these five full-proof tips and you will feel like you are the "belle of the Ball":
  • Make sure to upload your photo for the directory.
  • Accept an offer to car pool with a member for the first few activities you attend. It is easier to walk into a room full of strangers when you are with a member.
  • Attend activities as often as you can. It becomes easier to become accquainted when you see members more often.
  • Be willing to step forward and offer your assistance to a Hostess or Activity Chair person.  We always need help for some thing! It can be fun and a good way to get acquainted faster.
  • After you have attended an activity, look in your Club Roster and identify women you have just met. Members wear name tags at monthly lunches and other larger gatherings to help everyone remember names.
